La place s’organise autour d’un plan d’eau animé par des jets horizontaux. La présence de l’eau au cœur de la ville est une évocation de la nature. L’espace de la rue a été vidé de ses objets, mobilier, enseignes, pour théâtraliser l’espace public, lui rendre sa fonction première de communication.

The square is organized around a stretch of water with horizontal fountains, the water bringing nature into the city center. All objects, street furniture, and signs have been removed so that the public space becomes a natural stage, once again taking its primary role as a place for communication.
