In Alain Sarfati’s view, architecture must be at once social, cultural, artistic and technical, a given in any international context. Architecture must adapt its response to very diverse urban environments with an approach and design perfectly suited to each case; thus each creation is individually conceived to reflect the uniqueness of the site in question.
