La conception de ces 15 000 m2 met en œuvre trois types différents de protection solaire selon les orientations. La dimension emblématique du projet est attachée à sa situation, une véritable porte de ville. Un voile d’aluminium perforé constitue une protection solaire efficace à l’ouest et donne une dimension monumentale en changeant l’échelle du bâtiment.

The design, covering an area of 15,000 m2, uses three different types of solar protection, depending on orientation. The symbolic aspect of the project reflects the building’s location at the gateway to the city. A veil of perforated aluminum offers effective solar protection to the west and adds an element of grandeur in changing the scale of the building.
