A la sortie de Paris, sur 9 kms, la route nationale traverse six communes sur lesquelles se sont développés de nouveaux espaces commerciaux, sans unité ni continuité. L’architecte propose de mettre en place un nouveau concept urbain, fonctionnel et paysager, de faire une création collective à lecture multiple, et de reconstruire une urbanité sur un double axe économique et culturel.

Over a distance of nine kilometers, this main route out of Paris runs through six separate communities where new commercial centers have sprung up, with no unifying force or continuity. The architect puts forward a new functional, landscaped approach to urban design in order to create a many-faceted whole, and to reconstruct an urban environment that is both economic and cultural.
