Extension de l’aéroport avec son bâtiment et ses hangars disparates construits au gré du temps. L’architecture devient un art de l’articulation, elle donne de l’unité à cette juxtaposition par le biais d’un tapis qui met en relation extérieur, intérieur, neuf et ancien. La collection est mise en valeur par l’unité ondulante de son support.

The Museum is an addition to the airport, the design bringing unity to a collection of disparate buildings and hangars constructed according to the vagaries of the time. The architecture becomes the harmonizer, using the same flowing carpet throughout, bringing together exterior and interior, new and old, as a way of displaying the museum collection to its best against this undulating backdrop.
